Sustain Yourself In The Lord

Proverbs 18:13-14


"He who answers a matter before he hears it,
It is folly and shame to him.

¹⁴ The spirit of a man will sustain him in sickness,
But who can bear a broken spirit?"

As long as we walk on this earth comparing ourselves among ourselves, God's wisdom and knowledge can't manifest itself.  We believe we know it all and the only advice we'll take is man's, not God's.  We like to pride ourselves on our academic achievements, the world's knowledge, and our hope that man will give us the highest esteem.  However, God says that our world's knowledge is foolishness to Him.  We must use the Spirit of God to discern matters and answer questions that will lead to life.  We're not to analyze and solve situations in our world's understanding, but in God's.  God asks that we reveal and admonish each other's darkness so that we might kill the adversaries who are trying to take us to hell.  Pride and arrogance is flooding our nations and we must put an end to those devilish spirits because they're only killing us spiritually.  Verse 14 says, "The spirit of a man will sustain him in sickness, but who can bear a broken spirit?"  God wants us filled with joy, peace, love and happiness in Him.  Without Him the devil runs rampant over our hearts, minds and souls.  Then we become broken vessels and look for happiness in all the wrong places. Seek His joy and stop playing games.  Sustain yourself in the Lord.




(Psalm 55:22) - "Cast your cares on the Lord, and He shall sustain you."

Let God Take You Up

Proverbs 18:11-12


"The rich man’s wealth is his strong city,
And like a high wall in his own esteem.

¹² Before destruction the heart of a man is haughty,
And before honor is humility."

Verse 1 says, "The rich man’s wealth is his strong city, And like a high wall in his own esteem."  When we don't let God build our empires, we become inhuman and compare people to ourselves.  Sizing them up, attaching a point system to them.  Then deal with them as we please.  This automatically shuts the process of true love down.  Because it was never based on it from the beginning.  God is love.  And when we look into His word, and diligently give ourselves to Him.  He orders our conduct and how it is to perform, when conversing with one another.  If we base our lives, feelings, and emotions, around God's feelings and emotions.  We will know how to come out from among them.  That we may continue in this race.  (Malachi 3:18)  "Then you shall again discern Between the righteous and the wicked, Between one who serves God And one who does not serve Him."  I hear people say, don't judge me, only God can judge me.  Well I'll tell you, if you don't judge your surroundings and those in it through Gods' eyes.  Don't be mad, when He chastises you for your mistake in identity.  We cannot let our world determine our happiness and peace in God.  We cannot let them sidetrack us from our blessings and eternity.  Our bible is a dream come true.  Loving God is here, to love us and please us.  Establish us and give us life and life more abundantly.  He wants to release a power within our lives, that there will be no turning back.  Money, power, and fame, has blinded our world, satan, its orchestrator.  Jesus tells us,  how hard it will be for a rich man to make it into heaven.  Our mustard seeds of faith and belief, must be planted.  Then we must build on the Rock of salvation.  So when the storms and test come, we may stand.  And keep standing on the word of God.  God says, find joy in His story.  Then dance on the devil's head and receive your inheritance.  Verse 12 says,"Before destruction the heart of a man is haughty, And before honor is humility."  Our world believes it's coming to an end.  Probably because of all its dirty deeds.  However, if it does or if it doesn't.  Humble yourself, and let God take you up. 

(2Corinthians 8:9-12)  " For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.  And in this I give advice: It is to your advantage not only to be doing what you began and were desiring to do a year ago;  but now you also must complete the doing of it; that as there was a readiness to desire it, so there also may be a completion out of what you have.  For if there is first a willing mind, it is accepted according to what one has, and not according to what he does not have."

Overthrow satan's Works

Proverbs 18:4-7



", "The words of a man’s mouth are deep waters; The wellspring of wisdom is a flowing brook.

⁵ It is not good to show partiality to the wicked,
Or to overthrow the righteous in judgment.

⁶ A fool’s lips enter into contention,
And his mouth calls for blows.
⁷ A fool’s mouth is his destruction,
And his lips are the snare of his soul.

God says, It took wisdom and knowledge to form the heavens and earth.  Then He spoke it into existence in six days.  God also says, If we want to call things into existence, we must learn His wisdom and knowledge on how to do so.  We have to embrace the fact, that there are demons in the heavenly realm, out here to destroy are every word and life.  And If our words, deeds, and actions, are not to edify God we help them.  This is why God commands that we love Him first, then our brothers and sisters as we love ourselves.  When we're out to please God, there's not a demon in hell who can stop us.  God, needs us to learn His words ways, and actions, while implementing them into our daily lives.  That our dreams may materialize.  There is a Godly realm and satanic realm.  Those of us who sow and live in the spirit, reap life and blessings.  And those who sow to reap fleshly gain, will receive corruption.  Leaving our plans, dreams, goals to be destroyed.  Verse 4 says, "The words of a man’s mouth are deep waters; The wellspring of wisdom is a flowing brook."  We can have a beautiful life, filled with joy, love, and peace.  But if our heart, mind, and soul is not in tuned with pleasing God.  He says, we are living in vain and baring no fruit to get the job done.  Verse 5 says, "It is not good to show partiality to the wicked, Or to overthrow the righteous in judgment."  We vote for the enemy, and still say we love God.  God says, Our bible is to run our world.  He commands, that we be in one mind, one heart, one spirit, and praising our Lord.  Verse 6 says, "A fool’s lips enter into contention, And his mouth calls for blows."  Our world is at war with one another, debating one another, from the White House on down.  And none of it is for our God.  End destruction with words of life.  Overthrow satan's works.

(Hebrews 4:12)  "For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. ¹³ And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account."

Run For It

"Proverbs 18:8-10


"The words of a talebearer are like tasty trifles,
And they go down into the inmost body.

⁹ He who is slothful in his work
Is a brother to him who is a great destroyer.

¹⁰ The name of the Lord is a strong tower;
The righteous run to it and are safe."

Our world is talking about everything but the word of God.  Hollywood and every other establishment in the industry has our ears a buzz.  And our eyes focused on the next dramatic event, either in the industry or within our world.  Then we take these illusions or delusions, and feed on them, then digest them back into our atmosphere.  Giving the demonic realm ammunition to wreck havoc over our lives.  God says, we can speak blessings or curses over ourselves.  We've had dreams and goals we wanted to accomplish, and most failed.  By being in this world but not of it.  God tells us who we are in His word.  Then it is up to us to believe it, and step out on faith to conquer it.  Our world God says, will level us off.  Put us in a box and try to control us.  When He wants us free to praise Him, and help build His world.  If everyone is seeking their own destinies, how can we all unite for the same cause, love?  God, is love.  And He commands love to run His universe.  Why? Because that's all He gives us each day that we might go on breathing.  He says, He prays that not one of His sheep remain lost.  Verse 10 says, "The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe."  God's throne, is built on righteousness and justice.  (Psalms 97:2)  "Clouds and darkness surround Him; Righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne."  Receive it and run for it.

(1Kings 10:9)  "Blessed be the Lord your God, who delighted in you, setting you on the throne of Israel! Because the Lord has loved Israel forever, therefore He made you king, to do justice and righteousness.”

Honor Him

Proverbs 18:1-3


"A man who isolates himself seeks his own desire;
He rages against all wise judgment.

² A fool has no delight in understanding,
But in expressing his own heart.

³ When the wicked comes, contempt comes also;
And with dishonor comes reproach."

Verse 1 says, "A man who isolates himself seeks his own desire; He rages against all wise judgment."  The things I watched my mother doing while growing up.  I just couldn't figure her out for the life of me.  We had it all cars, two hundred thousand cash, nice apartment, etc.  But she wouldn't find happiness in anything.  A real estate agent at top companies, and knew many people in our city who could push her forward.  But she wouldn't budge.  Only the malls and expensive boutiques could make her day.  Then when we were back at home, it was total isolation from our world.  Her days being filled with television, drinking, and talking bad, sometimes good about the Hollywood community.  Our entire life was based on her beliefs, and her beliefs only.  And we weren't getting anywhere.  (James 3:13-16)  "Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom. ¹⁴ But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth. ¹⁵ This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic. ¹⁶ For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there."  Verse 2 says, " A fool has no delight in understanding, But in expressing his own heart."  I watched my mother continue in her self-seeking ways, destroying a many of minds, spirits and lives.   Then the day came when I had to stop it.  God says in proverbs, it becomes like a sport to people.  So we cut these curses off by their roots.  God also tells us to reveal darkness, that they might turn from their wicked ways.  And I did.  It sending my mother to her grave, with no apologies to any of her family members.  I had to do it or be separated from God.  (Luke 14:26-27)  "If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple. ²⁷ And whoever does not bear his cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple."  I was living in hell, right here on earth and I wanted out.  Everyone I knew was corrupt.  Either mentally, spiritually, or physically.  God and my angels had already proven they were here for me.  It was now time for me to show them my diligence.  His word spoke my future and I wanted it.  So I abandoned my world and leaped out on more faith and into God's supernatural world.  And He's been loving more and more each day!  Thank You Father, I love You!  He will never leave us nor forsake us.  Honor Him.

(1Samuel 2:30)  "Therefore the Lord God of Israel says: ‘I said indeed that your house and the house of your father would walk before Me forever.’ But now the Lord says: ‘Far be it from Me; for those who honor Me I will honor, and those who despise Me shall be lightly esteemed."

Fight For Your Rights

Psalms 34:20-22


"He guards all his bones;
Not one of them is broken.
²¹ Evil shall slay the wicked,
And those who hate the righteous shall be condemned.
²² The Lord redeems the soul of His servants,
And none of those who trust in Him shall be condemned."


Our world is broken today.  Our spirits are doing everything our Lord ask it not to do.  When trying to fight for your freedom and salvation, be ready to fight spiritually.  God says, He has released us among snakes, scorpions, and vipers, sheep among wolves.  He also says, that we must gird our minds for this battle.  When we are trying to serve God, by reading, studying, and implementing His word into our daily lives.  We will begin to see all these reptiles come to life.  We will also see them doing everything that our bible says they will say and do.  However, Jesus says be of good cheer, as He overcame our world, we will also.  God is out to destroy satan and his army from our lives.  And it is best that we be also, or be consumed in the process.  God demands, righteousness, justice, and love for all humanity.  We are also to demand it in our lives.  There is a protocol and criteria to meet to receive our blessings and inheritances.  Verse 22 says, "The Lord redeems the soul of His servants, And none of those who trust in Him shall be condemned."  Fight for your rights.


(2Timothy 4:7-8)  " I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. ⁸ Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing."

Get Delivered

Psalms 34:17-19


"The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears,
And delivers them out of all their troubles.
¹⁸ The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart,
And saves such as have a contrite spirit.

¹⁹ Many are the afflictions of the righteous,
But the Lord delivers him out of them all."

The only way we can become righteous brothers and sisters towards one another.  Is to obey the word and extend the fruits of God to each other.  We have to envision our lives and world, as God commands it.  These are commands that God has given us not requests.  That we might be blessed.  There are concerns and worries with our world.  And only God can deliver us.  We must see the wrongs in our actions, complaints, and misfortunes, and expose them before God.  Spiritual darkness is all around us, and only God and His word can reveal the light.  I cried out to our Lord in 1995, because I wanted things perfect around me.  I still strive today, to make God's and our world that way.  Without the word of God in our lives each day, performing its duties, for peace and a peace of mind.  We will forever go back and forth to the end of time, accomplishing nothing.  Verse 19 says, "Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all."  Get delivered.

(2Kings 17:39)  "But the Lord your God you shall fear; and He will deliver you from the hand of all your enemies.”
