Trust In Our Lord

Proverbs 22:17-19

"Incline your ear and hear the words of the wise,
And apply your heart to my knowledge;
18 For it is a pleasant thing if you keep them within you;
Let them all be fixed upon your lips,
19 So that your trust may be in the Lord;
I have instructed you today, even you."

Our Bible is the most incredibly, most fantastic, piece of literature I've ever read.  A book, that if studied diligently and practiced will come to life.  The bible is our heritage, our culture, a book that tells us we belong and we belong to God, Creator of our world.  And a book that was truly designed  to bring peace, unity, prosperity, and eternity to all, all who will believe.  Verses 17-18 says, "Incline your ear and hear the words of the wise, And apply your heart to my knowledge; For it is a pleasant thing if you keep them within you;
Let them all be fixed upon your lips."  And the power to manifest all these blessings can come right from our words.  God created our world in six days from the power of His tongue.  He commands, that our words do the same, that we might build ourselves, others, and His Kingdom.  We've been placed in paradise and our words today come forth, as if we're trying to escape hell.  God asks, that our words be gentle, caring, soft, loving, sprinkled with salt, that it might give edification to Him and the hearers.  (Psalms 95)  "Oh come, let us sing to the Lord! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms. For the Lord is the great God, And the great King above all gods. In His hand are the deep places of the earth; The heights of the hills are His also. The sea is His, for He made it; And His hands formed the dry land. Oh come, let us worship and bow down; Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. For He is our God, And we are the people of His pasture, And the sheep of His hand. Today, if you will hear His voice: “Do not harden your hearts, as in the rebellion, As in the day of trial in the wilderness, When your fathers tested Me;They tried Me, though they saw My work. For forty years I was grieved with that generation, And said, ‘It is a people who go astray in their hearts, And they do not know My ways. So I swore in My wrath, They shall not enter My rest.’”  If we can't humble to the invisible God, Who's Lord of lords and King of kings, and says, His worst day beats our best, confusion will live on until we do so.  God commands, that we put all our trust in Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ's walk only.  He wants us fully armored and working the fruits of His Spirit, love, that we might steal, kill, even destroy satan at all cost from our lives.  Love is what God commands, and love is what He adheres to.  We can all do this, if we all want true peace within.  Trust in our Lord.

(Colossians 3:15 Amplified)  "And let the peace (soul harmony which comes) from the Christ rule (act as umpire continually) in your hearts (deciding and settling with finality all questions that arise in your minds... And be thankful (appreciative),(giving praise to God always.)

Blessings to all who do away with all doubt and trust in our Lord,

Become Rich In Our Lord

Proverbs 22:13-16

"The lazy man says, “There is a lion outside!
I shall be slain in the streets!”
14 The mouth of an immoral woman is a deep pit;
He who is abhorred by the Lord will fall there.
15 Foolishness is bound up in the heart of a child;
The rod of correction will drive it far from him.
16 He who oppresses the poor to increase his riches,
And he who gives to the rich, will surely come to poverty."

Verse 13 says, "The lazy man says, “There is a lion outside! I shall be slain in the streets!”  I watched my mother growing up here in Los Angeles, and I always found it strange, with the investment capital she had to invest, she could only find time to sleep and shop.  She had the looks, clothes, furs, and diamonds, to get her in to any establishment in the city, but not the brains.  I even thought it strange, that she had a fear of traveling the streets alone to find new and exciting things to do.  Her social life was minimum, and she moved very precisely and carefully as if she were afraid of something.  I watched this routine for 40 more years and it sent her to a early grave unhappy I know.  Life can't be all about us and our happiness only.  We are not allowed to control people, God's children, or oppress them.  I watched this behavior blow up in my mother's face and kill her.  Her mouth and actions were horrible at most times, and God abhorred it and she fell, as verse 14 tells.  Verse 15 talks about not sparing the rod on your children.  I don't believe my grandmother used the rod on my mother, because my mother only used it on me once.  My mother had ways that were set in stone, and she was never able to learn and grow in the freedom of God.  Verse 16 says, He who oppresses the poor to increase his riches, And he who gives to the rich, will surely come to poverty."  My mother stole a hundred thousand dollars from me at age 17, unbeknown, giving her two hundred thousand dollars cash to invest, she was a real estate agent at the time.  However, with what little knowledge she had on life, she could only try and push her beliefs on me, and keep the bill collectors pockets padded instead of ours.  Become rich in our Lord.

(John 10:7-11  )  "Then Jesus said to them again, “Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
11 “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep."

Blessings to all who store their riches in Christ to be blessed,

Please God With Love

Proverbs 22:8-12

"He who sows iniquity will reap sorrow,
And the rod of his anger will fail.
He who has a generous eye will be blessed,
For he gives of his bread to the poor.
10 Cast out the scoffer, and contention will leave;
Yes, strife and reproach will cease.
11 He who loves purity of heart
And has grace on his lips,
The king will be his friend."

God has a plan for all His children in His world.  If we will read our bibles and join our spirit to every sorrow, defeat, and accomplishment that Jesus and His disciples had, we can bring the blessings to life.  God is our Father, Jesus our King and Brother, and the rest of this world is our brothers and sisters.  These stories are our ancestors stories and we are to bring these stories into today's time, and release the blessings back into our communities.  We must cheer, clap, cry, and sorrow in their adventures to show God that we belong.  We are to express to Father, that we stand for what He stands for and implement it into our world.  If we are off seeking our own lives and destiny's, not bringing life to God and Christ, we are on literal suicide missions.  I apologize, but facts are facts.  God's word is true and life giving.  Verse 8 says, He who sows iniquity will reap sorrow, and the rod of his anger will fail.  We try and try, but never seem to make a success of anything.  God has the last word in all we do, weather it be for Him or satan.  I don't care how nice we may think we are, if a matter doesn't turn out as we planned, and that delightful spirit and tongue turns into anger, God says, let not that double minded man think he will receive anything.  God's mode of operation is love, and we must project that love in all we do.  To many people today are angry and mad at their unsuccessful attempts at life.  Why? because we're not letting Father God lead us on our journeys.  Verse 9 says, He who has a generous eye will be blessed.  We should always be seeking how to manifest God's word into others hearts and minds, storing our treasures in heaven.  Verse 11 says, He who loves purity  and has grace on his lips the King will love.  Please God with love.

(Leviticus 5:4)   "If a person swears, speaking thoughtlessly with his lips to do evil or to do good, whatever it is that a man may pronounce by an oath, and he is unaware of it—when he realizes it, then he shall be guilty in any of these matters."

Blessings to all who pleases God with righteous speaking,

Return To The Lord

Proverbs 22:5-7

"Thorns and snares are in the way of the perverse;
He who guards his soul will be far from them.
Train up a child in the way he should go,
And when he is old he will not depart from it.
The rich rules over the poor,
And the borrower is servant to the lender."

God says, Our steps have been ordered by the Lord.  It is crucial that we give up worldly living for Godly living.  Most of our world has not done this, so we keep finding bumps and hazards in the road, as we seek a better life.  However, we must ask ourselves, is this life we're seeking benefiting us or God?  God asks, that we talk about Him in the morning, noon, and night, and meditate on His word to seek our inheritance.  I understand that some of us may not believe we are living perverse lives, but satan is very cunning and God much wiser to his tricks.  The fruits of the Spirit must be trained in daily to see satan's craftiness.  We are the captains of our salvation and the bible is our training guide in how to receive it.  Our words and actions must be aligned to biblical principals to succeed.  God is not going to come down and do anything that He knows we can do through His word.  He commands, that we work out our own salvation with fear and trembling.  Fear and trembling, those are very strong words and precise I've come to learn.  Most of us have not been trained up in our bibles as children, so when chaos and turmoil breakout we can run back to God.  No, we just feed on the matter and make ourselves even sicker by the out come.  The rich are ruling over us and there's no sight of peace in sight, and the borrower is locked in debt, serving the lender and not God.  Return to the Lord.

(Psalms 23:1-3)  "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake."

Blessings to all who return to our Lord with a willing heart,

Learn His Wisdom

Proverbs 22:2-4

"The rich and the poor have this in common,
The Lord is the maker of them all.
A prudent man foresees evil and hides himself,
But the simple pass on and are punished.
By humility and the fear of the Lord
Are riches and honor and life."

Our God has created this entire universe and all that's in it.  The rich man and poor man and all in between belong to God.  We now must become seekers of this truth and unlock the mystery.  Evil is among us and working through us.  We can no longer turn a blind eye to God and each other and expect peace.  Verse 3 says, A prudent man foresees evil and hides himself, but the simple pass on and are punished.  I have seen this to many times.  We are walking around heartbroken, confused, and in dismay by our brothers and sisters actions in our world.  Only when our bible is studied, watched, and confirmed, is when action can take place.  We can no longer depend on man to fix the sorrows in our world, only God.  This is God's world and all that resides in it and only He can bring that change.  God says, cursed is every man who puts their trust in man.  Verse 4 says,  " By humility and the fear of the Lord
Are riches and honor and life."  Humility and love for God, is the only thing that will unlock His true blessings in our lives.  (Proverbs 8:13)  "The fear of the Lord is to hate evil; Pride and arrogance and the evil way
And the perverse mouth."  (Proverbs 11:2)  "When pride comes, then comes shame; b
ut with the humble is wisdom."  I've noticed in the prideful, that they find it very difficult to apologize, when they are wrong.  God says, If we can't forgive one another, He cannot forgive us.  We are blocking unnecessary blessings today, by not letting our bible lead our daily lives.  Humble as a child of God, and learn His wisdom.

(1Kings 4:29-30)  " And God gave Solomon wisdom and exceedingly great understanding, and largeness of heart like the sand on the seashore.
30 Thus Solomon’s wisdom excelled the wisdom of all the men of the East and all the wisdom of Egypt."

(1Kings 10:23-24)  " So King Solomon surpassed all the kings of the earth in riches and wisdom.
24 Now all the earth sought the presence of Solomon to hear his wisdom, which God had put in his heart."

Blessings to all who seeks God's wisdom and prospers,

Chose The Name Jesus

Proverbs 22:1

"A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches, Loving favor rather than silver and gold."

I refused to let my mother, family, peers, or penitentiary, determine my status in life.  I knew as I was fighting case after case, behind my mother's selfishness, unbeknown, I was going to never stop trying to please God and regaining my name in society as a upstanding citizen.  I always believed if I had it once, I could have it again, name and monetary gain, legally.  After reading my bible and understanding what God required on His earth, love, I could no longer blame my mother or father for their lack of knowledge in how this world is supposed to operate.  But I did know, they tried their best with what finite knowledge they had, by our worlds determination of love.  But losing my father at age 16, and watching my mother make a mockery of the family name, I had to take action, biblical action.  Thanks to God and His sound word, I am now able to reestablish the Young name, and hopefully make God and dad even prouder.  God also has a respectable name, a name that is above all names. He needs and wants us to understand this, and take on this good name in holiness.  Verse 1 says,  A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches, Loving favor rather than silver and gold."  Receive His favor, chose the name Jesus.

(Luke 9:25-26)  "For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and is himself destroyed or lost? 26 For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words, of him the Son of Man will be ashamed when He comes in His own glory, and in His Father’s, and of the holy angels."

Blessings to all who take on the name of Jesus and wears it well,

Live The Truth

Ephesians 4:25-32

" Therefore, putting away lying, Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor,” for we are members of one another. 26 “Be angry, and do not sin”: do not let the sun go down on your wrath, 27 nor give place to the devil. 28 Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something to give him who has need. 29 Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers. 30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. 31 Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. 32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you."

It is time for our world to understand, that the only way the gift of God can move and work, is if we do all that it requires.  I believed in my heart when I was doing my last incarceration, that I was doing all that God asked.  Then I made a pack with Him, telling Him the first money I received after my release, 10% He would receive from then forward and the doors continue to open.  I put my sole focus on God and refused to let anyone ever again distract it, including family.  God's word is the same yesterday, today, and forever.  If we intend on living life and life more abundantly, we must adhere to God commands today.  There is no watering down God's word to fit our beliefs and circumstances, it is what it is.  God says, let patients have its perfect work.  His mission is to turn us into holy vessels, that He can rest His Spirit in.  (2Corinthians 4:1-2)  "Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we do not lose heart. But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God."  The truth can only set us free, if we are first seeking God's truth and waiting patiently for it.  We must let the word of God bring life to our being, then step out on faith to conquer it.  As we work the word daily, it will manifest its truth and then we must share it with others to receive the blessings.  The Lord says, if we confess Him before men, He will confess us before Father God.  Verse 25 says, "Therefore, putting away lying, Let each one of us speak truth with his neighbor,” for we are members of one another."  We must live in truth, God's truth, and share it with one another to be blessed.  He says, His word be true and every man a liar, so we better know what we are confessing before the heavens.  We can't lie, cheat, steal, deceive, fornicate, etc.  We are to speak truth, that it may edify God, and impart grace to the hearers.  Verses 31-32 gives commands that we must exchange with one another also, I don't see this happening in our world.  If the blessings of God are going to fall on us, we must put our feelings and emotions in our back pockets, pick up our crosses and follow Jesus examples.  Live the truth.

(Psalms 25:10)  "All the paths of the Lord are mercy and truth, To such as keep His covenant and His testimonies."

(Joshua 24:14)  "Now therefore, fear the Lord, serve Him in sincerity and in truth, and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the River and in Egypt. Serve the Lord!"

Blessings to all who live life in God's truth,
