Psalms 37: 29 – 40
The righteous shall inherit the land,
And dwell in it forever.
And dwell in it forever.
30 The mouth of the righteous speaks wisdom,
And his tongue talks of justice.
31 The law of his God is in his heart;
None of his steps shall slide.
32 The wicked watches the righteous,And his tongue talks of justice.
31 The law of his God is in his heart;
None of his steps shall slide.
And seeks to slay him.
33 The Lord will not leave him in his hand,
Nor condemn him when he is judged.
34 Wait on the Lord,
And keep His way,
And He shall exalt you to inherit the land;
When the wicked are cut off, you shall see it.
35 I have seen the wicked in great power,
And spreading himself like a native green tree.
36 Yet he passed away, and behold, he was no more;
Indeed I sought him, but he could not be found.
37 Mark the blameless man, and observe the upright;
For the future of that man is peace.
38 But the transgressors shall be destroyed together;
39 But the salvation of the righteous is from the Lord;
He is their strength in the time of trouble.
The future of the wicked shall be cut off.
40 And the Lord shall help them and deliver them;
He shall deliver them from the wicked,
And save them,
Because they trust in Him.
You can have peace of mind. You can have true happiness. You can also have abundant wealth and
riches. We have brothers and sisters
walking around the kingdom of God today saying that a house and a car or two
would satisfy them. Or maybe just a roof
over their head, and a little money in the bank will make them content. In the natural world we live in today, yes,
that may be fine. However, in the
commandment of God and the world He rules says differently. See God has ordained lives for us before the
world ever began. Just like parents who
plan their children’s future, God planned ours.
There’s a mission in our Bible in the book of Deuteronomy that entails
taking back God’s land that the devil through God’s children are
destroying. God is the vine and we are
His branches. He then states and without
Him we can do nothing, so most of the world have broken themselves off of the
vine and are moving around in this wilderness under the guidance of satan. Some not even aware, though heartbreak and
failure consume them. There’s a way we
are supposed to walk and to fulfill the commandments of God to receive our
inheritance. But, until our tongues talk
justice, and our walks instill peace and love to one another, we will continue
to be on the defensive side of God receiving brutal attacks upon our spirit
(read Deuteronomy 28:15-68). Stand on
the foundation of God, then trust that He will do what He said He would
do.
