I Love You

1 Corinthians 6:12-14

All things are lawful for me, but all things are not helpful. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any. 13 Foods for the stomach and the stomach for foods, but God will destroy both it and them. Now the body is not for sexual immorality but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. 14 And God both raised up the Lord and will also raise us up by His power.

(Verse 12) "All things are lawful for me, but all things are not helpful.  All things are lawful for me but I will not be brought under the power of any."  God asks us to obey all authority but, He also says obey Him and fear Him.  His ways are not our ways, nor His thoughts our thoughts, God goes on to say in His word that our world's wisdom is foolishness to Him.  We are trying to be set free in the Lord.  We cannot let man or woman, family, or friends keep us from the one who wants to love us mind, body, and soul, and then spend the rest of eternity with us.  (Mark 10:29,30)  “Assuredly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My sake and the gospel’s, 30 who shall not receive a hundredfold now in this time—houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions—and in the age to come, eternal life."   We are trying and achieving by Christ who is in us to lay down all strongholds that bind us in order to have a wonderful, breath taking experience with God.  Our laws are not being written in the obedience of God's law.  We are not exchanging real, sincere love, in our interactions with each other, each day.  We're brothers and sisters.  Brothers and sisters who are at their wits end with each other.  Brothers and sisters is how God sees us reprimands us, and also blesses us.  We need the power of God now, to move in on our situations.  There's power in our blood, the power of Jesus Christ and God, royal blood, omnipotent, omnipresent in our time of need.  We're on a love journey to God.  He wants to show us how much He loves us, through all of our circumstances.  He says, draw near to me, and He will draw near to us.  He says if we'll take one step towards Him, He'll take two steps towards us. (1 John 4:7-11) Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. 10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.  I love you.

Blessings to all who are in search for the God of love.
