Walk Child Of God

Isaiah 28:18-22

"Your covenant with death will be annulled,
And your agreement with Sheol will not stand;
When the overflowing scourge passes through,
Then you will be trampled down by it.
19 As often as it goes out it will take you;
For morning by morning it will pass over,
And by day and by night;
It will be a terror just to understand the report.”
20 For the bed is too short to stretch out on,
And the covering so narrow that one cannot wrap himself in it.
21 For the Lord will rise up as at Mount Perazim,
He will be angry as in the Valley of Gibeon—
That He may do His work, His awesome work,
And bring to pass His act, His unusual act.
22 Now therefore, do not be mockers,
Lest your bonds be made strong;
For I have heard from the Lord God of hosts,
A destruction determined even upon the whole earth."

Our world is walking in fear today, because we have given satan to much territory in our lives.  (Leviticus 26:37-38)  "They shall stumble over one another, as it were before a sword, when no one pursues; and you shall have no power to stand before your enemies. You shall perish among the nations, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up."  God says, we have made a covenant with death, and our agreement with the enemy will not stand.  Just as we have jealous tendencies about this or that, God also, is a jealous God.  God's blood runs through us, and the things we do and say that don't line up to His will, are the things He will say and do, to file our plans up.  We are entirely to consumed with this world that we are passing through, and as long as our eyes on it and not on God, it will be impossible to succeed.  God says in verse 19, And as often as His scourge goes out because of our disobedience, it is going to over take us, by day and by night, and we will not understand its report.  God's word is good, yesterday, today, and forever.  If we intend on having life, and life more abundantly, we must study to show ourselves approved.  (1Peter 2:6-8)  "Therefore it is also contained in the Scripture, “Behold, I lay in Zion A chief cornerstone, elect, precious, And he who believes on Him will by no means be put to shame.” Therefore, to you who believe, He is precious; but to those who are disobedient,“The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone,” and “A stone of stumbling and a rock of offense.”They stumble, being disobedient to the word, to which they also were appointed."  Don't stumble any longer, walk child of God.

(Psalms 119:165)  "Great peace have those who love Your law, And nothing causes them to stumble."

Blessings to all who keep each other from stumbling,
