Don't Be A Fool

Proverbs 18:17-18

"The first one to plead his cause seems right,
until his neighbor comes and examines him.
Casting lots causes contentions to cease,
and keeps the mighty apart."

The only way our world will ever come together is to base our entire lives on Scripture.  As we walk each day without the Word of God we lie, cheat, manipulate and keep confusion in our atmosphere.  We don't use gracious words with one another, nor do we concern ourselves with the lost.  We're to help God gather His children that we all may make it to eternity.  Verse 17 says, "The first one to plead his cause seems right, until his neighbor comes and examines him."  It is a great problem to judge before getting the facts, and yet we all want to be heard.  However, when we base our situations and matters on God's word we continue to stay on track and together.

We can't examine each other's issues and determine their outcomes in our own finite thinking. The Word of God, does that.  Then God examines our interactions with one other to determine our blessing.  (Jeremiah 17:9-10) "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked;  Who can know it? I, the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings."  Then verse 11 goes on to say, "As a partridge that broods but does not hatch, so is he who gets riches, but not by right;  It will leave him in the midst of his days, and at his end he will be a fool."

We have more money in our world today and still can't figure out how to disperse it.  Why?  Because we won't come together as God's children and act as a family.  God says, when we were children we acted and thought as so, but when we become adults, we put away child-like ways.  We're grown adults with billions in our pockets, but remain in a child-like mentality - "mine, mine, mine".  God says the world and everything in it belongs to Him.  If we are not embarking upon our missions with God as our leader; giving and receiving all money in the Name of Jesus, we are encountering life all in vain.

Don't Be A Fool

(Proverbs 4:20-21) - "My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings.  Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart."

Blessings to all who stop satan from making them out to be a fool,
