1Corinthians 10:8-11
" Nor let us commit sexual immorality, as some of them did, and in one day twenty-three thousand fell; 9 nor let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed by serpents; 10 nor complain, as some of them also complained, and were destroyed by the destroyer. 11 Now all these things happened to them as examples, and they were written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages have come."
Our sexuality and its obsession for touch is killing us. Marriages and relationships are being destroyed by it. And it is happening because, we are not first falling in love with God, and His purpose for our lives. We haven't been trained up to first love Him and all He does for us. Nor have we been trained to love others, as we love ourselves. God's commands. He says, His word is very simple, but we complicate it. Verse 10 says, "Nor complain, as some of them also complained, and were destroyed by the destroyer." We are in relationships today that we thought would turn out one way, however, turns out another. Then we begin to complain about our partner, or ourselves in where who went wrong. Which ever, it is a complaint. We must take our bible very serious. Because it is. It also tells us why our world is falling all around us. God says, heaven and earth will pass away before His word will. How much emphasis do we put in others words? And our hopes in them following through? Our Father God is the same way. He says, His word is good yesterday, today, and forever. Yes, our Father is a God of love. But He also says, He's the Avenger to all who won't obey. We are His children. We cannot be carousing each other and having spiritual incest with one another. Love for God and His Word, unlocks our spiritual blessings. However, it comes with our obedience to Them. God has a mission and purpose for our lives. We must now stand up to the call. Suit up soldier.
(Romans 1:18) " For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who (suppress) the truth in unrighteousness."
(Romans 1:24-25 ) "Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, (who exchanged the truth) of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen."
Blessings to all who kill the flesh and creature for God,
