"Be glad then, you children of Zion,
And rejoice in the Lord your God;
For He has given you the former rain faithfully,
And He will cause the rain to come down for you—
The former rain,
And the latter rain in the first month.
24 The threshing floors shall be full of wheat,
And the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil."
Our world keeps looking for the blessings to fall and overtake them. However, we're not rejoicing and spreading smiles wherever we go. Or bearing one another's burdens, as God commands. God says, His Word and Promises are good forever. But we won't put them or Him to the test. We're not focusing our minds and hearts on His Word. Though, we'll give all of our attention to the negative things around us. This makes loving our fellowman and pressing for the upward call of glory very difficult. (2 John 1:6 Amplified) says, "And what this love consists in is this: that we live and walk in accordance with and guided by His commandments (His orders, ordinances, precepts, teaching). This is the commandment, as you have heard from the beginning, that you continue to walk in love (guided by it and following it). We have to genuinely love God and others to be blessed. God says, we must hate this life in which we live, and focus on a more assured life. A life filled with promises and blessings. (Matthew 10:39) "He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it." There is true happiness in our world today. Though, it's based upon finding God. (Matthew 7:7-14) "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him! Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it." We're on a love journey, and we conquer when we give it to everyone. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way. Which leads to life and there are very few who find it. Our spirits must remain in a place of joy. Reading God's Word everyday and remembering His promises, should push us to our destinies. Standing in faith that God is here and will deliver, and bless us. Seek Him joyfully.
(Exodus 23:25) "So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you."
Blessings to all who seek and find God, and get blessed,
