Seek God First

Psalms 115:1-11




Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us,
But to Your name give glory,
Because of Your mercy,
Because of Your truth.
² Why should the Gentiles say,
“So where is their God?”

³ But our God is in heaven;
He does whatever He pleases.
⁴ Their idols are silver and gold,
The work of men’s hands.
⁵ They have mouths, but they do not speak;
Eyes they have, but they do not see;
⁶ They have ears, but they do not hear;
Noses they have, but they do not smell;
⁷ They have hands, but they do not handle;
Feet they have, but they do not walk;
Nor do they mutter through their throat.
⁸ Those who make them are like them;
So is everyone who trusts in them.

⁹ O Israel, trust in the Lord;
He is their help and their shield.
¹⁰ O house of Aaron, trust in the Lord;
He is their help and their shield.
¹¹ You who fear the Lord, trust in the Lord;
He is their help and their shield"

It would be so wonderful if our world could trust in the word of God, then set out on our journeys each day loving Him and others, as He's commanded.  Glory and honor is due His name, seeking and searching for Him is what He desires.  This is One Man/Spirit who has spoken His entire universe into existence, and there's not another one like Him.  We make movies, shows, and documentary's about different God's and people worshiping them. 
However, we won't take the time to clean up our ways, feelings, and actions, to receive this dream come true.  Verse 3 says, "But our God is in heaven; and He does whatever He pleases.  Verse 4 says, Our idols are silver and gold, the work of men's hands."  We do and say whatever we please to get our way, but can't fathom God will do what He pleases to get His way. So we go off seeking the things of the world instead of Him.  He tells us in our bible, to not worry about wars and rumors of war, but most of our world are walking in fear, and complaining about this or that.  Why? Because we haven't given up our worldly lives, to find our ordained life.  We've settled for what man will workout and solve, and receive his predictions as fact.  We're leveraging one another off as the word of God says we will do, by not comparing what we see to His truth.  Blessings, wonders, and miracles can't possibly happen in the state of minds we're walking in today.  God asks, that we gird our minds and put on the full armor of God to get to Him.  We are in a spiritual war family.  Verses 5-7 states, We have mouths but do not speak the word of God.  We have ears and noses but do not take the time to discern the word of God.  And we have hands but do not touch our bibles or take the word of God to build our lives.  Verse 8 says, Our parents who conceived us, we turn out just like them, some worst some better.  However, holiness and righteousness still does not clothed us, as God commands from us.  Trust Him world, His word will come to pass.  Let patients have its perfect work.  Seek God first.




(Matthew 6:33-34) "But seek first the kingdom of God and (His righteousness), and all these things shall be added to you. ³⁴ Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble."

Wait On The Lord

Isaiah 60:7-22




All the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered together to you,
The rams of Nebaioth shall minister to you;
They shall ascend with acceptance on My altar,
And I will glorify the house of My glory.

⁸ “Who are these who fly like a cloud,
And like doves to their roosts?
⁹ Surely the coastlands shall wait for Me;
And the ships of Tarshish will come first,
To bring your sons from afar,
Their silver and their gold with them,
To the name of the Lord your God,
And to the Holy One of Israel,
Because He has glorified you.

¹⁰ “The sons of foreigners shall build up your walls,
And their kings shall minister to you;
For in My wrath I struck you,
But in My favor I have had mercy on you.
¹¹ Therefore your gates shall be open continually;
They shall not be shut day or night,
That men may bring to you the wealth of the Gentiles,
And their kings in procession.
¹² For the nation and kingdom which will not serve you shall perish,
And those nations shall be utterly ruined.

¹³ “The glory of Lebanon shall come to you,
The cypress, the pine, and the box tree together,
To beautify the place of My sanctuary;
And I will make the place of My feet glorious.
¹⁴ Also the sons of those who afflicted you
Shall come bowing to you,
And all those who despised you shall fall prostrate at the soles of your feet;
And they shall call you The City of the Lord,
Zion of the Holy One of Israel.

¹⁵ “Whereas you have been forsaken and hated,
So that no one went through you,
I will make you an eternal excellence,
A joy of many generations.
¹⁶ You shall drink the milk of the Gentiles,
And milk the breast of kings;
You shall know that I, the Lord, am your Savior
And your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.

¹⁷ “Instead of bronze I will bring gold,
Instead of iron I will bring silver,
Instead of wood, bronze,
And instead of stones, iron.
I will also make your officers peace,
And your magistrates righteousness.
¹⁸ Violence shall no longer be heard in your land,
Neither wasting nor destruction within your borders;
But you shall call your walls Salvation,
And your gates Praise.

¹⁹ “The sun shall no longer be your light by day,
Nor for brightness shall the moon give light to you;
But the Lord will be to you an everlasting light,
And your God your glory.
²⁰ Your sun shall no longer go down,
Nor shall your moon withdraw itself;
For the Lord will be your everlasting light,
And the days of your mourning shall be ended.
²¹ Also your people shall all be righteous;
They shall inherit the land forever,
The branch of My planting,
The work of My hands,
That I may be glorified.
²² A little one shall become a thousand,
And a small one a strong nation.
I, the Lord, will hasten it in its time.”

God wants us all wealthy and at peace.  It is not up to us to decide how much or how little of our inheritance we want, because that is selfishness.  God has an plan for our lives.  We must study His scriptures to learn it, and show ourselves approved to receive it and execute it.  This will enable God to open up this great mystery we are denying ourselves from.  There's to much in this world to live for, then what we see in the natural.  By using our faith, belief, and spiritual senses, will tell God we want in on the mystery.  Our thoughts are not His thoughts, nor, our ways His.  God's walls in His heavenly palace are made with every precious stone He designed for our world.  His door nobs are made of pearls, and the robe He wears covers most of the gold floors and streets He walks upon.  We've yet to figure out this mystery in our natural realm of thinking, and only by reading, studying, and learning the book of life will it ever be experienced, true life on earth.  We must glorify Him, as He glorifies us, and wait on the Lord until He is satisfied.  Our world today feels as if they must glorify themselves to receive acceptance from society.  God has an litany of plans, rules, and commands, we must live by to be accepted by Him and our world for glorification.  God speaks in this scripture, if we'll let Him make us over and learn true holiness, righteousness, and enforce justice for His people, He will set us on high.  God says in His word, anyone of us can come to Him and take on His mission.  The harvest is plenty but the laborers are few.  He says, He wants to teach us to be fishers of men, that we might bring our brothers and sisters to repentance, and home to eternity.  Many are called but few are chosen.  We need to humble ourselves to His call to peace, love, and riches, and wait on the Lord.

   (Isaiah 40:28-31)

  Have you not known?

Have you not heard?
The everlasting God, the Lord,
The Creator of the ends of the earth,
Neither faints nor is weary.
His understanding is unsearchable.
²⁹ He gives power to the weak,
And to those who have no might He increases strength.
³⁰ Even the youths shall faint and be weary,
And the young men shall utterly fall,
³¹ But those who wait on the Lord
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint.

Back To Paradise

Isaiah 60:3-6

The Gentiles shall come to your light,
And kings to the brightness of your rising.

⁴ “Lift up your eyes all around, and see:
They all gather together, they come to you;
Your sons shall come from afar,
And your daughters shall be nursed at your side.
⁵ Then you shall see and become radiant,
And your heart shall swell with joy;
Because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you,
The wealth of the Gentiles shall come to you.
⁶ The multitude of camels shall cover your land,
The dromedaries of Midian and Ephah;
All those from Sheba shall come;
They shall bring gold and incense,
And they shall proclaim the praises of the Lord.

Our bible is here to inspire us to clean our lives up in righteousness, and to dream, dreams that only God can make come true.  God wants to motivate us to build Him an holy sanctuary where true love and peace rest, as He fulfills the desires of our hearts.  God said, if I be lifted up I'll draw all men unto Me.  We have to begin to form an true  loving relationship with our Father god.

Only He can reveal the way to true holiness and wealth.  He says, He gives us the power to gain wealth, and without Him we can do nothing.  God has already ordained for us an hope and a plan to bring holiness, righteousness, and justice to our world.  However, we must study His scriptures to internalize what He likes and dislikes, to bring the dream to pass.  God asks, that we give up our worldly lives, to find this righteous life He's already planned for us. 

He says, He wants to give us true riches, where kings, queens, dignitaries, and the rest of His children can all come together as His family.  (Proverbs 22:2)  "The rich and poor have this in common, The Lord is the maker of them all."  (Isaiah 49:22-23)   Thus says the Lord God:

“Behold, I will lift My hand in an oath to the nations,
And set up My standard for the peoples;
They shall bring your sons in their arms,
And your daughters shall be carried on their shoulders;
²³ Kings shall be your foster fathers,
And their queens your nursing mothers;
They shall bow down to you with their faces to the earth,
And lick up the dust of your feet.
Then you will know that I am the Lord,
For they shall not be ashamed who wait for Me.” 

 

(Colossians 2:1-10 )  "For I want you to know what a great conflict I have for you and those in Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh, ² that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ, ³ in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

⁴ Now this I say lest anyone should deceive you with persuasive words. ⁵ For though I am absent in the flesh, yet I am with you in spirit, rejoicing to see your good order and the steadfastness of your faith in Christ.
⁶ As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, ⁷ rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.
⁸ Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. ⁹ For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; ¹⁰ and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power."  God want His children back.  Eve opened up an demonic force on us, that only with God's help can we see our way to Him.  These powers and principalities are distracting us from God's true love.  He was at peace that day while walking through the garden, whistling sweet music, as Adam and Eve were to be filling the earth with love, peace, and happiness coming from every living creature, including us.  Lets help Father get back to paradise.  

(Psalms 96:7-9)  Give to the Lord, O families of the peoples,
Give to the Lord glory and strength.
⁸ Give to the Lord the glory due His name;
Bring an offering, and come into His courts.
⁹ Oh, worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness!
Tremble before Him, all the earth.

Arise

Isaiah 60:1-2


Arise, shine;
For your light has come!
And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.
² For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth,
And deep darkness the people;
But the Lord will arise over you,
And His glory will be seen upon you.




I arose like a child left alone in darkness, and presented myself to our Lord, the year 1995.  How frighten I became when I witnessed, my mother nor sister, no longer cared for me.  I hadn't a bit of knowledge in what the word of God stood for.  But I believed in my heart, He was a good God, and an God who could love me, if I'd just straighten parts of my life up.  Hallelujah! And He proved me right, because I never gave up on Him, and He never gave up on me, spite the drastic four times I failed.  Darkness was all around me, revealing itself more and more after I returned back to my place of birth Los Angeles the year, 1995.  I was gone from my state for an number of years, eventually, taking some time to do some real soul searching, to figure this thing out, called life.  However, that wasn't what my family and friends were doing while I was away, and the more I saw, the more disturbed I became, pushing me closer to God.  God says, the whole world lays under the sway of satan, and I'm sad to say, He is right.  I had no choice but to start loving God more and more, when I saw that my group of people could care less about me, or any other, if it didn't benefit them.  I heard nothing deep within our conversations, no love for me, or another.  My interest became sparked in this matter, and I went deeper into the word of God to find its truth, and God revealed it.  God is a God of love, true love, and so we must be also, our world explained.  We are not walking in honest love for God, or for one another, so we're not receiving the desires of our hearts as He says He will give.  Our God is light, for those in a dark place in life.  He's power, strength, and deliverance, for those who will arise.


(Colossians 3:16)  "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly...)

Let God Be Our Answer

Psalms 109:17-31


As he loved cursing, so let it come to him;
As he did not delight in blessing, so let it be far from him.
¹⁸ As he clothed himself with cursing as with his garment,
So let it enter his body like water,
And like oil into his bones.
¹⁹ Let it be to him like the garment which covers him,
And for a belt with which he girds himself continually.
²⁰ Let this be the Lord’s reward to my accusers,
And to those who speak evil against my person.

²¹ But You, O GOD the Lord,
Deal with me for Your name’s sake;
Because Your mercy is good, deliver me.
²² For I am poor and needy,
And my heart is wounded within me.
²³ I am gone like a shadow when it lengthens;
I am shaken off like a locust.
²⁴ My knees are weak through fasting,
And my flesh is feeble from lack of fatness.
²⁵ I also have become a reproach to them;
When they look at me, they shake their heads.

²⁶ Help me, O Lord my God!
Oh, save me according to Your mercy,
²⁷ That they may know that this is Your hand—
That You, Lord, have done it!
²⁸ Let them curse, but You bless;
When they arise, let them be ashamed,
But let Your servant rejoice.
²⁹ Let my accusers be clothed with shame,
And let them cover themselves with their own disgrace as with a mantle.

³⁰ I will greatly praise the Lord with my mouth;
Yes, I will praise Him among the multitude.
³¹ For He shall stand at the right hand of the poor,
To save him from those who condemn him.

We are not training ourselves to call those things of God, so our lives may be happy and fully secure.  Our only reason for our world's mess today, is because we have lined our words up to what we can see, instead of what we can't see.  God asks, that we call those things that aren't as though they are.  We also must understand that if our words aren't lined up to peace, love, and happiness, things will soon become dysfunctional.  satan knows this, and as long as he can keep us from getting the full word of God, he has us.  God asks, that we talk about Him in the morning, noon, and night.  He asks, that we meditate on His wisdom, to keep satan under our foot.  God says, He has released us among snakes, scorpions, and vipers.  These are the types of spirits that cling to us to keep us disoriented, and coming to the full knowledge of God to discern them.  Believe me, I've tested and tried these spirits upon us, and God's word is true.  We can't become so overly consumed with what our world is saying today, because it will kill us mind, body, and soul.  God asks us, to let patients have its perfect work.  We're fighting for peace on earth and life everlasting with God for eternity.  We can't possibly believe this would be some easy task, however, God says, He wouldn't put more on us then we can bear.  His words must be taken to heart, then applied to all life's circumstances. Believe with faith, that what is impossible for man, is possible with God.  Don't let the words of our family, friends, or world, determine our success. Let God be our answer.


 (Jeremiah 31:16-17)  Thus says the Lord: “Refrain your voice from weeping, And your eyes from tears; For your work shall be rewarded, says the Lord, and they shall come back from the land of the enemy.¹⁷ There is hope in your future, says the Lord, That your children shall come back to their own border.

Break Your Curses

Psalms 109:6-16


Set a wicked man over him,
And let an accuser stand at his right hand.
⁷ When he is judged, let him be found guilty,
And let his prayer become sin.
⁸ Let his days be few,
And let another take his office.
⁹ Let his children be fatherless,
And his wife a widow.
¹⁰ Let his children continually be vagabonds, and beg;
Let them seek their bread^[b] also from their desolate places.
¹¹ Let the creditor seize all that he has,
And let strangers plunder his labor.
¹² Let there be none to extend mercy to him,
Nor let there be any to favor his fatherless children.
¹³ Let his posterity be cut off,
And in the generation following let their name be blotted out.

¹⁴ Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered before the Lord,
And let not the sin of his mother be blotted out.
¹⁵ Let them be continually before the Lord,
That He may cut off the memory of them from the earth;
¹⁶ Because he did not remember to show mercy,
But persecuted the poor and needy man,
That he might even slay the broken in heart.

Though the wicked is standing in more power today than the church, it is still necessary that we watch our words.  God tells us how to speak to one another in His word, He also said, "do not fret because of those who are evil."  Our words carry power and they go out into our atmosphere, to do exactly what we sent them to do, in most cases.  As we just read in David's anger, he cursed these people and their families something fierce, curses that have been handed down generation after generation.  If these curses are not broken by someone, they will continue on and on.  I had to figure that out quickly, if I were ever going to have a life and a piece of mind .  This is why God tells us to work out our salvation with fear and trembling.  He also tells us to carry our own load.  God is our power and strength.  Only by obeying His words and commands will we free ourselves from these generational curses.  We see all of what David pronounced thousands of years ago still happening today.  If we don't train our minds and words to biblical commands this can only get worse.  God commands, that we not return evil for evil, but to extend graciousness and hospitality to all, letting our words be sprinkled with salt.  God is concerned about His entire world, and until we become concerned as He is, we will continue to see, hearts broken, lives torn apart, and people begging.  (Matthew 25:41-46)  "Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels: ⁴² for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink; ⁴³ I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.’⁴⁴ “Then they also will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?’ ⁴⁵ Then He will answer them, saying, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’ ⁴⁶ And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”  Break your curses.

(Genesis 12:3)  "I will bless those who bless you,
And I will curse him who curses you;
And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

Let Love Open The Windows Of Heaven

Psalms 109:1-5

Do not keep silent,
O God of my praise!
² For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful
Have opened against me;
They have spoken against me with a lying tongue.
³ They have also surrounded me with words of hatred,
And fought against me without a cause.
⁴ In return for my love they are my accusers,
But I give myself to prayer.
⁵ Thus they have rewarded me evil for good,
And hatred for my love.


God wants to surround us with love and an everlasting peace, that will bring happiness to our world.  However, if we can't seem to humble ourselves before His grace and mercy, He will keep silent.  God has given us dominion over His earth, and, though, satan is down here with us, we must train ourselves in the word of God to overcome him.  satan has pitted us against one another.  We are walking God's earth with self-imposed righteousness and arrogant spirits, using it as an tactic to keep the unwanted away.  God is not pleased with this mode of operation.  We're all brothers and sisters, and must come together under the blood of Jesus Christ.  Hatred and dislike for this or that is consuming us, satan's delight.  However, we are cutting off our peace and blessings from God by doing this. God said, He didn't come to bring peace as our world believes peace should be obtained, but an sword, putting father against son and mother against daughter etc.  It is our duty to pick up the word of God, to find His peace that surpasses all understanding.  We are to show Him that we are diligently on His team, and that we love Him with all our heart.  Let love open the windows of heaven. 

(Psalms 37:1)  "Do not fret because of those who are evil." 

(Proverbs 3:9-10)  "Honor the Lord with your possessions,
And with the first fruits of all your increase;
¹⁰ So your barns will be filled with plenty,
And your vats will overflow with new wine."
