Glory And Majesty

Palms 45: 1-8

My heart is overflowing with a good theme;
I recite my composition concerning the King;
My tongue is the pen of a ready writer.
You are fairer than the sons of men;
Grace is poured upon Your lips;
Therefore God has blessed You forever.
Gird Your sword upon Your thigh, O Mighty One,
With Your glory and Your majesty.
And in Your majesty ride prosperously because of truth, humility, and righteousness;
And Your right hand shall teach You awesome things.
Your arrows are sharp in the heart of the King’s enemies;
The peoples fall under You.
Your throne, O God, is forever and ever;
A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom.
You love righteousness and hate wickedness;
Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You
With the oil of gladness more than Your companions.
All Your garments are scented with myrrh and aloes and cassia,
Out of the ivory palaces, by which they have made You glad.

Joy, enthusiasm, excitement, and contentment should be flowing from our hearts after we’ve given all of our worries and cares over to God Almighty because we have now stepped into a spiritual dimension where the sky is the limit.  Then our bibles are to shape mold and define us into holy vessels who are to take over the world.  God is on a mission, and He has given us dominion over His earth to carry it out.  When we are striving to meet His every command there’s no amount of love He won’t give to help us on our journey.  Our Lord says He will stick closer than a brother to us.  He goes on to say that Father God will have our backs and He will be in front leading the way.  God also says He will guide us with His eye as long as truth, humility, and righteousness are coming from our very being.  We serve the God who rules the universe and knows all things before they even happen.  Who would not want to align with Him and help change our world?  We have been anointed to do remarkable things for the kingdom of God as we destroy the enemy in our walk.  God has ordained lives for us that we speak to kings and queens who are our brothers and sisters to show them their wrongs and their disconnection from the truth.  However, we must be humble and learn His ways to receive His glory and majesty.

Bless His glory and majesty all around us,

Vincent Young, Christian Analyst.
