Deliver The Word

2 Timothy 4

In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom, I give you this charge:  Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction.  For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.  They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.  But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry.
For I am already being poured out like a drink offering, and the time for my departure is near.  I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.  Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.

The word of God, I'm glad to tell you, is not just for preachers, but for us also, to delight ourselves in.  We can set ourselves free from the madness satan has our world in.  God says, He is not a prospector of man and all who want to live in truth can come boldly to His throne and be delivered.  That was what I had to do.  The preachers that were coming into the prisons I was in were only giving me what capacity of knowledge in the word of God they could and believe me I was grateful.  However, as I read each day on my own, God was dispensing in my spirit a much bigger dream.  It was a life filled with joy, peace, happiness, and riches, something I had always dreamed of and was striving for in my everyday life.  God states, He formed us in our mother's womb and ordained us for greatness, but for us to not be scared.  He understands our thoughts.  He has hedged us in.  And His hand is upon our lives.  We don't have to fight for our truth because we see our world doing so.  It exists.  The world is not talking about God in the morning, noon, and night as He commands, but that doesn't mean we can't.  It is our only way to release the truth of our bible into our lives and receive the blessings.  I refused to live my life in a lie and let man determine my happiness.  God says He does not want us in bondage or controlled by man's finite thinking, man determining what he deems best for our lives.  God says do not compare ourselves among ourselves taking knowledge from another man's theory and concluding it as fact.  God says, our worlds wisdom is foolishness to Him and they will leverage us off from our predestined lives and inheritance from Abraham if we let them.  Paul asks us not to compromise but to fulfill our ministry.  So all are to be working and implementing the word of God in whatever career we're in or desire.  The word of God is for all who want to love Him, His son, and be obedient to His word to receive the blessings from it.  Be ready in season and out of season to deliver the word.  (Ephesians 5:1)  "Therefore be imitators of God as dear children."

Blessings to all as we deliver the word of God to each other,
