Ephesians 2:8-16
"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast. 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
11 Therefore remember that you, once Gentiles in the flesh—who are called Uncircumcision by what is called the Circumcision made in the flesh by hands— 12 that at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. 13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
14 For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, 15 having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace, 16 and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity."
God has faith in us, that we can take on the mind of Christ and conquer. However, we must have that same faith in Him, that He will give us the power to succeed. (Hebrews 11:6) "But without faith it is impossible to please God, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who (diligently) seek Him." By God's grace, we have been saved from spiritual death, not by our works, but by His gift to us Jesus Christ. We our Father God's workmanship, made from dust, and prepared to do good works on His earth. Why then, do we so much corruption in our world? Ephesians 2:2 says, It comes from the prince of power who rules the air we breath, satan, who is working in the sons of disobedience. Verse 11 says, Therefore remember that you, once gentiles in the flesh, who didn't have Jesus Christ and were aliens, having no hope, without God in the world, have now been brought near by the blood of Christ. Peace has come into our world, and we are to now draw near to Christ, to manifest it around us. Our Lord has abolished in the flesh enmity, that we might be reconciled to God. It says, might be. It is now up to us to bind our bible to our hands, and put it as frontlets between our eyes, to study and learn, on how to kill satan in our flesh. God says, the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. We must believe with every fiber of our being, that God is here, and He will make His presence absolutely known. Though, it must first start with love. (John 14:23-24) " Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. 24 He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father’s who sent Me." Destroy the enemy.
(1Peter 2:2 Amplified) "Like new born babies you should crave (thirst for, earnestly desire) the pure (unadulterated) spiritual milk, that by it you may be nurtured and grow unto (completed) salvation."
Blessings to all who learn how to destroy satan,
