Return Children To God

Psalms 90

 Lord, You have been our dwelling place in all generations.
Before the mountains were brought forth,
Or ever You had formed the earth and the world,
Even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God.
You turn man to destruction,
And say, “Return, O children of men.”
For a thousand years in Your sight
Are like yesterday when it is past,
And like a watch in the night.
You carry them away like a flood;
They are like a sleep.
In the morning they are like grass which grows up:
In the morning it flourishes and grows up;
In the evening it is cut down and withers.
For we have been consumed by Your anger,
And by Your wrath we are terrified.
You have set our iniquities before You,
Our secret sins in the light of Your countenance.
For all our days have passed away in Your wrath;
We finish our years like a sigh.
10 The days of our lives are seventy years;
And if by reason of strength they are eighty years,
Yet their boast is only labor and sorrow;
For it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
11 Who knows the power of Your anger?
For as the fear of You, so is Your wrath.
12 So teach us to number our days,
That we may gain a heart of wisdom.
13 Return, O Lord!
How long?
And have compassion on Your servants.
14 Oh, satisfy us early with Your mercy,
That we may rejoice and be glad all our days!
15 Make us glad according to the days in which You have afflicted us,
The years in which we have seen evil.
16 Let Your work appear to Your servants,
And Your glory to their children.
17 And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us,
And establish the work of our hands for us;
Yes, establish the work of our hands.

God's word is good yesterday, today, and forever.  He's magnificent and all who our burden down with fears and troubles, He says, come to Me and I will give you rest.  God has made a promise to His people and if we will call Him on that promise, He will surely deliver us. God runs this world.  There's only one God who can save us from the madness down here on this earth and His name is I Am.  However, love must be our focus.  (1 John 4: 7-11)  "Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. 10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another."  We cannot draw near to God or receive our inheritance if true love is not being extended to Him or our brothers and sisters.  ( Luke 10:27) "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind,’ and ‘your neighbor as yourself."  God does not operate in any other thing but love.  He will even kill those in a slow death if the spirit of love is not working in that person.  Yes, God is love and He will even kill for it.  It is so heartbreaking to see us moving among our world today totally putting our trust in man.  God is here among us if we'll believe, ready to wipe every tear and sorrow away that consumes us.  Our lands, our hearts, and our minds have become desolate today.  God's anger has consumed us and still we turn a blind eye to His truth, looking for man to save us.  God states, whoever puts their trust in man is cursed.  God wants to be our all in all, the apple of our eyes. Though, until we take our eyes off of this world and direct our prayers and love to the heavens, He will continue to be the consuming God who leaves our hearts and minds in total disbelief.  Return children to God.

( Psalms 112:1-4)
Blessed is the man who fears the Lord,
Who delights greatly in His commandments.
His descendants will be mighty on earth;
The generation of the upright will be blessed.
Wealth and riches will be in his house,
And his righteousness endures forever.
Unto the upright there arises light in the darkness;
He is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.

Blessings to all who return to God with love from a pure heart,
